Laal Maati Studio is an independent art studio run by Aastha Tantia in Goa, India. Original artworks, fine-art prints and workshop places are sold directly by the studio through this website.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and a confirmation email with an order number has been sent.

An order may be declined and refunded in full if a piece has already sold, if artwork details were listed incorrectly, or if the order cannot be delivered to the given address.

Every original is one of a kind. Once sold, it is removed from the shop.

Prints are produced to order on archival paper. Colour on screen is an approximation — handmade pigments and paper stock vary slightly, and small variation between prints is part of the work rather than a defect.

Sizes are quoted as paper size. Mounted options are supplied unframed unless stated otherwise.

All prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping within India is free.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. The studio does not store card details.

Prices may change at any time; the price shown at the moment an order is confirmed is the price that applies.

Originals and prints are packed and dispatched from the studio in Goa, usually within five to seven working days. Prints made to order may take longer during busy periods.

Tracking details are emailed once an order ships. Delivery timelines given by courier partners are estimates, not guarantees.

Risk passes on delivery. Please report transit damage within 48 hours of receiving an order, with photographs of the packaging and the work.

All artwork, photography and text on this site remain the copyright of Aastha Tantia. Buying a work transfers the physical piece, not reproduction rights. Artwork may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Workshop places are confirmed on payment and are limited by capacity. If a workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by the studio, a full refund or a transfer to another date is offered.

The studio's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Goa.
